Limits of use

It is prohibited to copy, sell, publish, exploit, distribute, reproduce, represent or adapt the content of the site for private or public use without the consent of Joyau Cosmique.

Protection of personal data

Joyau Cosmique undertakes not to disclose the data provided by Internet users when placing their orders. These will be subject to secure storage in accordance with Law No. 78-17B of January 6, 1978, relating to the Data Protection Act, and may not be disclosed or transmitted except in cases provided for by law.

The Internet user has the right to access, consult, modify, rectify and delete the data provided at any time. The Internet user agrees to receive information and promotions by email.

Acceptance of the conditions of sale

Any order placed and validated online constitutes full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. Joyau Cosmique undertakes to comply with the obligations as provided for in the general terms and conditions of sale. These conditions are subject to change; as such, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of the order placed on the site.

Purchasing process and order subscription

When ordering, Internet users can select one or more products and put them in their basket. The description sheet of the items also indicates the number of pieces available for each item. If, after checking their order, the Internet user is satisfied with it, they can validate it; they will then have access to the form used to collect the information to finalize their order, by collecting their personal data securely. Upon receipt of payment, the order is considered effective.

The publisher of the site undertakes to acknowledge receipt by email within 48 hours.

Joyau Cosmique reserves the right to refuse an order, if a dispute has previously arisen, of whatever nature, with this customer during a previous order.

Price

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, in accordance with article 293B of the General Tax Code), delivery costs not included.

These prices are subject to change; therefore the valid prices will be those in effect on the day of the order.

Payment method

Orders placed on this site are made by Paypal payment. The order will be effective as soon as the payment has been credited by the bank to the Paypal account of Joyau Cosmique, which will proceed to send it. In the event of bank refusal, the order will be cancelled.

Transactions are secure and provided by the Paypal service provider (no obligation to have a Paypal account). Financial information is transmitted via Paypal, and is never communicated to the publisher of this site.

Delivery terms and shipping costs

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of payment to the address provided by the customer.

The chosen delivery method is the Post Office.

Orders are sent by tracked mail: tracked letter for jewelry.

Each item is checked before shipping, and carefully presented and packaged, then placed in a Post Office approved envelope. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Deliveries are made worldwide.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and shipping location. They are free for any order over 60 euros excluding shipping costs. Orders are not sent on weekends and public holidays. The delivery time by La Poste is generally 48 hours for priority shipments, such as tracked letters.

Joyau Cosmique cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during postal delivery, or for possible delivery delays due to possible failures of the Post Office, or for the loss of the order, once it has been sent by tracked mail. In the event of problems, the customer must inform Joyau Cosmique.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a withdrawal period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of his order and must inform Joyau Cosmique by email. A refund or exchange may be made. Returned products must be in perfect condition for resale. The order will be shipped at the customer's expense and risk, to the address of the individual company Joyau Cosmique.

Under article L12-20-2 of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to special and personalized orders.

In the event of damage to an item, regardless of delivery, the jewelry must be returned as is, new to Joyau Cosmique, according to the customer's wishes, who will have specified this by email.

Back

Joyau Cosmique provides after-sales service and handles product return requests. The customer must send photos of the product justifying the defect or failure, as well as the reasons justifying the return.

An exchange or refund may then be made, provided that this is attributable to a manufacturing defect in Joyau Cosmique.

However, Joyau Cosmique reserves the right to review this, subject to supporting documents.

Sold out items

In the case of a creation that is out of stock and notified as in stock, Joyau Cosmique may remake the said creation at your request, subject to the availability of raw materials.

Responsibilities

Joyau Cosmique cannot be held responsible for any deterioration that may potentially occur due to circumstances beyond their control:

-As such, there may be color variations on the chains and clasps due to their compositions and contact with the PH of the customer's skin.

-Joyau Cosmique creations are not suitable for young children (prohibited for children under 5 years old), parents are therefore advised to exercise vigilance.
